Manufacturing company in NW Houston seeks a Supply Chain Manager to join the team. This is a permanent position, working in office from 8am-5pm. Starting salary range: $125K - $200K + bonus, benefits. Up to 50% travel required, within the US.

This role will lead all supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end to end supply chain operations
• Lead / coach / develop the supply chain team
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals
• Monitor key supply chain metrics
• Lead improvement initiatives to streamline procurement
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of ERP / MRP systems
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent project management, organizational and problem solving skills
